Senior Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to act as product owner for banking projects, working closely with customers and Backbase UX design and development teams. You will guide teams to deliver enterprise solutions that meet client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, capture and prioritize customer requirements for new experience initiatives.
• Perform business process gap analysis and write user stories.
• Manage customer expectations, translate vision into a project backlog.
• Organise and lead Agile workshops with customers, including those not using Agile.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary, international teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner in fintech/banking.
• Proven experience working directly within a bank or on high‑level banking projects.
• Deep functional knowledge in at least two areas: Retail Banking, Wealth Management/Investments, SME, or Corporate Banking.
• Native or professional fluency in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to client sites.
• Based in Lebanon.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
