About the role
800 Storage, the fastest‑growing premium self‑storage provider in the UAE, is launching a major rebrand and its first app‑based storage service. We are looking for a senior Brand & Growth Manager to own the brand’s visual and verbal identity, drive the product launch and build a nationwide presence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end rebrand, defining positioning, identity, voice, messaging and rollout across all customer touchpoints.
- Own the naming, narrative and go‑to‑market strategy for the new app‑based storage service, managing paid, owned and earned media.
- Build the brand into the most recognizable storage brand in the UAE and create a playbook for national expansion.
- Define and defend brand positioning at the leadership level, articulating the brand’s purpose and competitive advantage.
- Run integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, partnerships, influencer and PR, prioritising actions that move business metrics.
- Manage growth channels (paid social, search, influencer, referral, lifecycle) including budget, targets and performance analysis.
- Brief and oversee external agencies, freelancers and in‑house creators, ensuring high standards of taste and quality.
- Build and mentor a small marketing team as the function scales.
- Report to leadership on brand awareness, app installs, CAC, LTV, conversion and retention, providing insight behind the numbers.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of experience in brand, marketing or growth roles with clear senior ownership.
- Proven track record leading a full rebrand, major product launch or category‑building project.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong judgment, taste and measurable commercial impact.
- Experience scaling a consumer brand or app‑based service in a competitive market.
- Ability to challenge senior leadership when necessary and adapt when proven wrong.
- Excellent written English; Arabic is a strong plus.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (or similar analytics tools).
- Experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing tools.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices.
