Senior Associate, Performance Commerce

About the role

WPP Media, WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, is looking for a Senior Associate, Performance Commerce in Lebanon. The role manages and optimizes retail media campaigns across leading e-commerce platforms, drives sales growth and improves advertising performance, and supports the development of commerce media strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage campaign setup, execution, monitoring and optimization, implementing best-practice structures and regular optimizations aligned with client KPIs
• Use commerce tools such as Pacvue and Helium 10 to identify opportunities and give data-driven recommendations
• Proactively identify performance challenges and implement corrective actions, and support account executives with optimizations and tips
• Own weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely delivery
• Support the development and implementation of commerce media strategies and own the client's finance process (PO, BO, invoicing)
• Act as day-to-day point of contact for client performance queries and campaign requests, and hold weekly and bi-weekly check-ins with partners to share new testing techniques

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, e-retail planning and Amazon Ads
• Good understanding of the search and display advertising landscape, including media planning, campaign execution and optimization
• Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape in MENA
• Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills, able to work well within a team

Required skills

• Experience with media measurement and analytics tools
• Google Ads and Amazon Ads certifications are a plus; Amazon and commerce training certification is also mentioned
