Senior Associate – Media Solutions (MENA)

About the role

The Senior Associate – Media Solutions will drive revenue growth for WPP Media across the MENA region by designing and executing programmatic advertising strategies. Reporting to the WPP Media Solutions leadership, you will work closely with agency partners and internal teams to deliver data‑driven campaigns that meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, creating programmatic proposals that leverage WPP’s AI, creative and measurement capabilities.
• Cross‑sell and upsell programmatic solutions to existing clients while prospecting new agency and brand partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with regional vendors and ensure access to premium inventory.
• Act as the primary point of contact between agency client teams and internal campaign management, overseeing campaign execution and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with campaign management, analytics and creative teams to develop effective programmatic strategies aligned with client goals.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a programmatic‑focused role within an agency, ad‑tech company or publisher.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and business‑development targets.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with DSP platforms such as DV360, Amazon DSP and The Trade Desk.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data‑analysis tools.
