Senior Architect (On-site, Congo)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architect to join our team in Congo on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role involves leading architectural design projects, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions, and ensuring high‑quality execution across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee architectural design efforts from concept to completion.
• Integrate software systems to enhance design processes and project workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, construction, and client stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordination across departments.
• Promote sustainable and green building practices where applicable.

Required profile

• Proven experience in architecture and architectural design with a strong portfolio.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability in project management and cross‑departmental coordination.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to innovation.
• Familiarity with green building practices is a plus.
