Senior Architect – Luxury Residential Projects

About the role

Ohana Development is seeking a highly motivated Senior Architect to lead the technical development, coordination, and execution of luxury residential projects across Lebanon and the UAE. The role focuses on delivering detailed construction documentation and ensuring seamless integration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and prepare architectural drawings and construction documentation using Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD.
• Produce detailed plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and construction details.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design disciplines.
• Review design packages for technical accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project specifications.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings, resolve clashes, and maintain model integrity.
• Ensure documentation complies with company standards, local authority regulations, and project requirements.
• Review consultant drawings, provide technical comments, and support tender preparation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor works, resolve technical issues, and verify compliance with approved drawings.
• Respond to RFIs, review shop drawings, material submittals, and mock‑ups.
• Support project managers with technical architectural solutions throughout construction.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of professional architectural experience, preferably in high‑end residential developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, building systems, and authority requirements.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
