Senior Architect

About the role

The Eden Group is looking for a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead design efforts across residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed‑use projects in Lebanon. The role combines creative vision with technical precision, guiding projects from concept through construction documentation while collaborating with engineering, consultants and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and project development from concept through construction administration.
• Prepare and oversee schematic design, design development, construction documents and permit submissions.
• Coordinate closely with structural, civil, MEP and construction management teams to ensure integrated delivery.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets and internal team coordination.
• Interface directly with clients, consultants, jurisdictions and contractors.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation for quality control and code compliance.
• Support design problem‑solving during construction and respond to RFIs, submittals and field coordination issues.
• Mentor junior architectural staff and provide technical guidance across projects.
• Contribute to proposal development, client presentations and business growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional architectural experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Architect preferred or actively pursuing licensure.
• Strong experience in design development and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
