Senior AP Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Accounts Payable Accountant to join our Finance team. The role involves managing high‑volume AP operations, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely vendor payments, and strict adherence to internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Process and post vendor invoices in SAP using MIRO.
• Execute vendor advance payments (F‑47) and run payment cycles (F110).
• Monitor and reconcile vendor accounts via FBL1N.
• Review, monitor, and clear GR/IR accounts, coordinating with Procurement and Warehouse.
• Handle petty cash transactions and verify employee expense claims.
• Manage vendor inquiries, follow up on internal approvals, and maintain professional communication.
• Support internal and external audit requirements and ensure complete documentation for all AP activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3–7 years of AP experience in a high‑transaction environment.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, manufacturing, logistics or similar industries is preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP (MIRO, F‑47, F110, FBL1N, GR/IR).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
