Senior AI Strategist

About the role

As a Senior AI Strategist you will turn AI concepts into tangible business outcomes for clients. You will blend strategy, technology and creativity to deliver prototypes, demos and workshops that showcase real value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client conversations on AI strategy, MarCom transformation opportunities and technology roadmaps.
• Rapidly prototype AI‑powered workflows, agent pipelines and content operations to demonstrate impact.
• Translate client pain points into clear, fundable AI use cases with a path from concept to delivery.
• Stay current with AI tools, models and agentic frameworks and adapt them for practical client applications.
• Prepare and run executive workshops and discovery sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to proposals and pitches with compelling narratives and proof points.
• Collaborate with the Innovation Lead to test, adapt and operationalise new capabilities.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in digital strategy, AI consulting, MarTech, innovation or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as LLMs, workflow automation, agentic frameworks and prompt engineering.
• Strong client‑facing presence; able to present to C‑level executives.
• Proven track record creating prototypes and proofs of concept.
• Strategic thinking combined with the ability to deliver concrete solutions.
• Comfort with uncertainty and rapidly evolving technologies.
