Senior Agentic AI Engineer

About the role

The Impression Agency is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to transform ambitious AI concepts into reliable, production‑ready systems. This hands‑on position focuses on building advanced applications with Claude and other large language models, designing autonomous agents, and delivering secure, scalable solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement production‑grade AI applications using Claude and leading LLMs.
• Develop autonomous and semi‑autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and multi‑step workflows.
• Build single‑agent and multi‑agent architectures with defined roles, permissions, and escalation paths.
• Create backend services, APIs, databases, and event‑driven workflows that support AI products.
• Integrate platforms such as CRMs, analytics tools, search engines, communication and marketing systems.
• Manage model costs, latency, token usage, rate limits, and failure handling.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to test accuracy, reliability, hallucination rates, and agent performance.
• Implement logging, monitoring, version control, security controls, and audit trails.
• Deploy and maintain AI systems across cloud environments.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience in software engineering and system architecture.
• Advanced coding skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Proven track record building real AI or LLM‑powered products.
• Hands‑on experience with Claude, Anthropic, or comparable LLM platforms.
