Senior Agency Executive

About the role

The Senior Agency Executive drives agency growth, digital transformation, and business development across the agency channel. Acting as a strategic partner to the Agency Director, this leader shapes the future agency model, builds leadership capability, and ensures sustainable performance through technology adoption and execution excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic business development initiatives to increase production, recruitment, activation, retention, and customer acquisition.
• Identify growth opportunities via market analysis, performance insights, customer trends, and competitive benchmarking.
• Design and execute campaigns that improve productivity, expand portfolios, retain customers, and drive cross‑selling.
• Partner with agency leaders to set and deliver annual business plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Champion digital and AI transformation by promoting adoption of digital tools, automation, and AI‑powered platforms.
• Leverage data analytics and predictive insights to enhance decision‑making and sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, and business teams to implement solutions that boost agent productivity and client experience.
• Lead large‑scale change initiatives, develop change‑management strategies, and engage stakeholders across the agency network.
