Senior Agency Executive

About the role

The Senior Agency Executive leads agency growth, digital transformation, and business development across the agency channel. Reporting to the Agency Director, this senior manager shapes the future agency model, drives productivity, and enhances customer experience through innovative distribution strategies and technology adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic business development initiatives to increase agency production, recruitment, activation, retention, and customer acquisition.
• Identify growth opportunities using market analysis, performance insights, customer trends, and competitive benchmarking.
• Design and execute campaigns focused on productivity improvement, portfolio expansion, and cross‑selling.
• Promote digital transformation by championing digital tools, automation, AI‑powered platforms, and data‑driven decision making.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, and business teams to implement solutions that boost agent productivity and client experience.
• Support the Agency Director in developing the strategic vision, governance, and scalable organizational structures.
• Lead large‑scale change management programs, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, people practices, and technologies.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in agency development, business development, or similar transformation roles.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a track record of developing high‑performance teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex change initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
