Senior Accountant – F&B

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to lead day‑to‑day accounting operations for our growing Food & Beverage business. The role involves ensuring accurate financial records, supporting month‑end and year‑end closings, and providing insightful analysis to management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain precise financial records.
• Prepare and review bank and cash reconciliations.
• Monitor daily sales and revenue across multiple branches.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Review invoices, expenses, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month‑end closing.
• Collaborate with the finance team on month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Support the annual audit, including preparation of financial statements and notes.
• Research and analyze expense variances, delivering insights to management.
• Assist with forecasting and budgeting as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in Food & Beverage, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
