About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic seasonal waiters and waitresses to join our Food & Beverage team in Beirut. You will deliver courteous, professional, and efficient service to guests, upholding the hotel’s standards and Kempinski’s values.
Key responsibilities
- Strictly follow all hotel policies, fire safety, hygiene regulations and HACCP standards.
- Manage the service team by delegating appropriate tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain high product and service quality throughout the outlet.
- Develop the outlet in an entrepreneurial manner, continuously seeking opportunities to increase business.
Required profile
- Education in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage service role.
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Professional, confidential, and ethical approach at all times.
- Passion for Food & Beverage, people‑oriented, flexible, reliable, tolerant and open‑minded.
