About the role

We are seeking a passionate Alterations Assistant to join our Beirut boutique for the upcoming high‑season. The role involves supporting the tailoring team in preparing and finishing luxury evening gowns, bridal wear, and designer dresses for our clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior tailors with alterations, repairs, and finishing of high‑end garments.
• Ensure garments meet the boutique’s quality standards and client specifications.
• Manage workflow efficiently during peak periods, handling multiple orders simultaneously.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and handle delicate fabrics with care.

Required profile

• Background in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Minimum two years of hands‑on experience in garment alterations.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of finishing.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure during busy seasons.
• Team‑oriented attitude and professional demeanor.
