About the role

The Salon Outlet Manager will lead the daily operations of Peopleons' salon in Dubai, ensuring exceptional service quality, a clean environment, and strong customer relationships. This full‑time, on‑site position involves overseeing staff, managing schedules, and driving sales through effective promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop salon staff, creating work schedules and monitoring performance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service delivery, and customer care.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve service issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with vendors, and place supply orders.
• Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate point‑of‑sale transactions.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics.
• Implement promotional campaigns to boost revenue and meet business targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused attitude with proven experience in customer service.
• Demonstrated people‑management skills, including team supervision and development.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in inventory management and vendor coordination.
• Previous experience in salon, retail, or hospitality outlet management.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai, including weekends or peak hours as needed.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and accountable for results.
