Salesperson – Retail Fashion (Beirut)

About the role

Join Boutique Image’s new Zalka branch as a full‑time Salesperson, delivering personalized fashion service on the shop floor. You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them discover styles that reflect their individuality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess their preferences, and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and present merchandise attractively.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and ensure displays and shelves remain tidy.
• Process sales transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale system.
• Support inventory tasks such as receiving, tagging, and organizing stock.
• Build lasting relationships with regular clients and follow up on their needs.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and store sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and peak retail periods.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team‑player attitude.
• Interest in fashion trends and styling.
• Previous retail or fashion‑sales experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with strong people skills are welcome.
