Salesforce Project Manager – Integration Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead integration initiatives between Salesforce clouds and legacy systems. The role involves coordinating projects, handling production incidents, and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee integration projects ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Provide incident support for production issues related to integrations.
• Maintain High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), API specifications, and Integration Functional Design Documents (IFDD).
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of IT or integration project management experience.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce products with legacy systems.
• Strong ability to manage production incidents and resolve issues quickly.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
