Sales Supervisor – Ultra Fresh Unit

About the role

The Sales Supervisor for the Ultra Fresh unit will lead a team of cash‑van sales representatives, ensuring they meet sales targets while delivering high‑quality customer service across the MENA region. Reporting to the Unit Manager, you will oversee daily sales activities, coach the team, and keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the sales team, assign territories and set individual targets.
• Provide training, coaching and performance feedback to improve productivity.
• Implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Unit Manager and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor team performance, analyse sales data and take corrective actions.
• Assist with key customer relationships, resolve escalated issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and manage inventory, sales materials and resources.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics and other departments to support sales operations.
• Identify training needs and organise sessions with the Sales Development Manager.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and provide insights to the Unit Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a sales team in a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude and ability to handle escalations.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
