Sales Specialist – Retail Sports Store

About the role

The Sales Specialist role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dbayeh. You will welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend sportswear and equipment that match their interests and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify their requirements and suggest appropriate products.
• Explain product features, benefits and pricing while handling sales transactions.
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure a clean, organized store environment.
• Support inventory checks, assist with stock replenishment and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets.
• Participate in product training, promote in‑store campaigns and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Proven customer‑service ability to resolve inquiries and create positive shopping experiences.
• Sales aptitude focused on product knowledge, upselling, cross‑selling and achieving sales goals.
• Interest in sports, outdoor activities or athletic products.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
