Sales Specialist

About the role

YMY Tutoring is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to drive customer acquisition for its tutoring services. The ideal candidate enjoys speaking with prospects, following up leads across multiple channels, and consistently meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with potential customers via phone, WhatsApp and other communication tools.
• Generate, qualify and nurture new leads.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate tutoring solutions.
• Present YMY Tutoring’s services clearly and professionally.
• Handle questions, objections and close sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Track leads, follow‑ups and sales activity in a CRM or similar system.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations and tutoring teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sales or customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Confident, persuasive and highly motivated.
• Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle calls.
• Excellent follow‑up and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
