Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will work on‑site in Beirut to drive revenue growth for BAM Merchandising Labs by building strong relationships with retail partners and brand clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, understand merchandising needs, and present data‑driven solutions that improve in‑store execution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the retail and B2B sectors.
• Conduct client meetings, prepare tailored sales proposals, and follow up on leads.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure, using CRM tools to track progress.
• Collaborate with operations and training teams to ensure client expectations are translated into effective in‑store execution.
• Monitor market performance, gather customer feedback, and support promotional and sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Proven sales experience in a retail or B2B environment, with a track record of negotiating and closing deals.
• Experience in training and sales management, supporting field teams and aligning activities with commercial goals.
• Ability to work on‑site in Beirut and travel to client locations as needed.
• Good understanding of retail operations, merchandising processes, or trade marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
