Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will promote Fidelity Insurance’s range of insurance solutions, engage both prospective and existing clients, and guide them through the full sales cycle. Based in Jal El Dib, the position combines on‑site meetings with flexible work‑from‑home days, allowing the specialist to build relationships while managing a personal portfolio of accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new business leads through prospecting and networking.
• Conduct needs‑based consultations, prepare accurate quotes and tailored proposals.
• Negotiate terms, close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, opportunities and outcomes in the company’s CRM and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims and other internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service.
• Provide ongoing customer support, educate policyholders on product features and address inquiries.
• Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities with a consultative selling approach.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within insurance or financial services, with a track record of meeting targets.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field, or equivalent practical sales experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and basic reporting tools.
