Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Bebnine. You will identify and qualify leads, present DMP Soft’s software solutions to potential clients, and manage the complete sales cycle from demo to contract.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and follow up with prospects.
• Prepare and submit proposals, maintaining accurate records in the sales system.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand product features and answer client inquiries.
• Ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery teams.
• Build long‑term customer relationships and provide basic product training when needed.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Experience in training and sales‑management activities.
• Familiarity with software or technology products, basic knowledge of AI or mobile applications is a plus.
• Background in B2B sales and ability to work on‑site in Bebnine.
• Comfort with CRM or sales‑tracking tools and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent practical sales experience.
