Sales Specialist – Heavy Machinery & Power Systems

About the role

The Sales Specialist will work on‑site in Jounieh, promoting Caterpillar machines, equipment and power systems to a diverse industrial clientele. You will identify opportunities, understand customer needs and guide them through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new customers and nurture existing accounts across construction, mining, energy, and related sectors.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals and conduct product demonstrations.
• Maintain the sales pipeline, follow up regularly and ensure timely closure of deals.
• Collaborate with product support and service teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Represent the company at training sessions, trade shows and industry events to stay updated on product developments and market trends.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities in English and Arabic (French a plus).
• Proven B2B sales experience, including prospecting, negotiation and closing in industrial markets.
• Understanding of heavy machinery, power systems or related technical products; Caterpillar experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Jounieh and travel to customer locations and project sites.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
