Sales Specialist – FinTech Trading Platform

About the role

Equitick is building Bursa+, a fast‑growing social and copy‑trading platform that connects traders, investors, and regulated brokers. As a Sales Specialist you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects through broker selection and helping them launch their trading journey.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and qualify new leads generated through Bursa+.
• Guide prospective clients through the account‑opening process.
• Explain Bursa+ features, copy‑trading options, and broker choices.
• Recommend suitable brokers based on client needs.
• Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, live chat, and social media.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Build long‑term relationships to improve retention and activation.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer‑success teams to enhance lead quality.
• Achieve monthly conversion and performance targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, business development, customer success, or tele‑sales.
• Background in Forex, FinTech, brokerage, or financial services is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong phone‑sales and objection‑handling skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and results‑oriented.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
