About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to manage client relationships, generate new business, and provide technical support for our software solutions. The role combines sales activities with after‑sales service, ensuring customers receive the right product fit and ongoing assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with clients regarding inquiries and orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Generate leads and support business development activities.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
• Provide after‑sales service and client support.
• Handle and resolve complaints in coordination with internal quality control.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients.
• Train clients on software usage and technical functionalities.
• Explain product features and technical specifications clearly.
• Conduct software testing and troubleshooting when required.
• Stay updated on new products, market trends, and industry developments.
• Maintain accurate client records, reports, and follow‑up documentation.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and ongoing projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in technical sales and client support.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to train and support clients professionally.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑oriented approach.
