Sales Representative – Boutique Retail (Beirut)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our boutique in Ashrafieh, Beirut. The role combines front‑line customer service with shop floor management and e‑commerce order handling, aiming to deliver a premium skincare experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver a premium, personalized in‑store experience.
• Present and recommend products based on individual skincare needs.
• Drive sales performance and consistently meet targets.
• Process and manage online orders from confirmation through to fulfilment and dispatch.
• Manage the shop floor – displays, stock levels, cleanliness, and order.
• Handle sales transactions, returns, and exchanges professionally.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure online and in‑store operations run seamlessly.
• Support promotional activities and in‑store events.
• Keep up‑to‑date with product knowledge across the full range.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience – retail or cosmetics preferred.
• Strong shop management skills and a sense of ownership over the space.
• Experience handling online orders and e‑commerce operations is a plus.
• Confident communicator in Arabic and English.
• Presentable, reliable, and customer‑focused.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• A genuine interest in skincare and beauty.
