Sales Representative – Bekaa Region

About the role

MAFCO is seeking an experienced, self‑driven sales representative to own the Bekaa region. You will manage around 300 existing customers end‑to‑end, from visits and order taking to delivery and payment collection, with real room to grow the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers across the Bekaa region regularly to promote products and take orders, using a company van.
• Pick up stock weekly from the Dora office and deliver it to customers.
• Collect payments and hand them in at the Dora office.
• Grow the territory by opening new accounts and increasing sales to existing ones.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on ideas to expand the business, such as marketing campaigns and promotions.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of sales experience, ideally in automotive spare parts, hardware, or a similar field.
• Based full‑time in the Bekaa region (Chtaura, Zahle, or surrounding areas).
• Proven track record of holding significant sales responsibilities at companies in Lebanon.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid Lebanese driving license covering a minivan.
• Trustworthy, organized, and comfortable handling cash and working independently.
• Open‑minded and collaborative.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance is a plus.
