Sales Representative – Agricultural Feed Products

About the role

LEBAFARM is seeking a proactive Salesperson to drive the growth of its poultry and ruminant feed product range. The role is full‑time and based on‑site, requiring regular visits to farms, distributors and other customers across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for feed, chicks and egg products.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct client visits, prepare and present product proposals, and negotiate terms within company guidelines.
• Follow up after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to guarantee timely delivery and proper product support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide regular sales performance and forecast reports to management.

Required profile

• Own a car and be able to travel regularly for field visits.
• Proven sales, negotiation and customer‑relationship management experience, preferably in agriculture or related sectors.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of explaining technical product information clearly.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple accounts.
• Ability to work on‑site in a dynamic commercial environment.
• Relevant education in business, marketing, agriculture or a related field is a plus.
