Sales Recovery Specialist – Pet Supplements (Remote)

About the role

Join Tribe Wellness Sales as a Sales Recovery Specialist focused on pet‑supplement e‑commerce. You will reconnect with customers who abandoned their carts or faced purchase issues, guiding them to the right product for their dog and turning hesitation into completed sales.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers who left items in their cart or experienced checkout problems.
• Explain product benefits, answer questions, and recommend the best supplement for each pet.
• Address objections, build trust, and convert warm leads into confirmed orders.
• Collaborate with the management team to refine outreach scripts and improve conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales outcomes in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, results‑driven individual with a passion for health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Ability to handle a high‑intent audience and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
