Sales Operations Coordinator

About the role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Sales Operations Coordinator to support Matar Jewelry’s sales and administrative functions. The role combines basic accounting tasks, data entry, client communication and assistance at jewellery exhibitions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and financial records.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain company systems.
- Assist with sales activities and communicate with clients.
- Support administrative and operational tasks across the business.
- Travel to local and international jewellery exhibitions as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle company information professionally.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Computer proficiency with experience in data entry.
- Honest, responsible and detail‑oriented.
- Willingness to travel for exhibitions and business events (paid extra).
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
- Sales experience is a plus.
