About the role

SocialLab is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative to join its Beirut office. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs, shape tailored sales and marketing strategies, and help drive the company’s growth in the AI services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing clients to identify business opportunities.
• Develop and customize marketing and sales strategies that align with client objectives.
• Manage customer relationships and provide high‑quality service throughout the sales cycle.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver training programs that enhance product knowledge.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving results.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Problem‑solving ability and adaptability to evolving market trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
