Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead both sales and marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C channels. The role combines strategic planning, brand promotion, market research and team leadership to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Set sales targets in coordination with sales supervisors and ensure achievement through effective planning and budgeting.
• Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies, oversee advertising, promotional activities and social‑media campaigns.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and ROI assessments to guide product development and positioning.
• Generate leads, map potential customers and manage the sales pipeline.
• Lead and motivate the sales and marketing teams, ensuring collaboration and optimal performance.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, P&L statements and quarterly/annual sales forecasts.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and performance appraisal processes for the department.
• Coordinate training, KPI tracking and continuous development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within B2B and B2C environments.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic, English and French.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data‑driven decisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint.
• Experience in market research, segmentation and competitive analysis.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, ATL/BTL campaign management.
• Leadership and team‑management capabilities.
