Sales Marketing Manager

About the role

The Sales Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of integrated sales and marketing strategies for Brand Aid Marketing Solutions in Beirut. Reporting to senior leadership, the role focuses on acquiring new clients, retaining existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through experiential campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the MENA region.
• Manage a pipeline of prospects, prepare proposals and deliver compelling presentations.
• Collaborate with creative, production and account teams to translate client objectives into effective experiential activations.
• Analyse market trends and campaign performance, optimise tactics based on data, and produce regular forecasts and reports.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and account management within marketing, advertising or experiential/events agencies.
• Strong ability to develop marketing strategies, plan campaigns and position brands for measurable outcomes.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and client‑relationship skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and turning insights into actions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and/or French proficiency is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site, attend client meetings, site visits and events.
