Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Beirut on a full‑time basis. The role focuses on expanding our client base and driving business growth within the renewable energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new clients and business opportunities in renewable energy.
• Manage existing client portfolios and maintain strong relationships.
• Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing plans.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and coordinate marketing campaigns.
• Conduct frequent customer visits, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into long‑term customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with project delivery.
• Track performance metrics and report sales and marketing activities to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the renewable energy field.
• Proven sales and communication competencies, including negotiation and deal closing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Strong command of presentation software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
