Sales Manager – Underwear, Nightwear & Legwear Distribution

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager to lead our distribution of underwear, nightwear and legwear in Lebanon. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive sales performance, manage supplier relationships and oversee logistics to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Set sales forecasts, develop action plans and monitor daily performance of the sales team.
• Analyse sales statistics, conduct market visits, and gather competitive intelligence.
• Design and supervise promotions, advertising material and special offers.
• Negotiate and maintain agreements with key clients, follow up payments and address slow‑payer issues.
• Manage supplier communications, place orders for classic and fashion collections, and define pricing strategies for retail and wholesale.
• Monitor stock levels, identify slow‑moving items and take corrective actions.
• Control supplier documentation, coordinate shipments and work with accounting and logistics for customs clearance and costing.
• Oversee office logistics, approve daily transactions, adjust computer prices and incentives, and manage fuel and vehicle maintenance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in distribution or retail.
• Fluent in Arabic, English and French.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
