Sales Manager – Surgical Robotics – Near East (Lebanon/Jordan)

About the role

The company is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the surgical robotics business across the Near East region, operating from Lebanon or Jordan. This hands‑on position will drive market penetration, manage the full sales cycle and collaborate closely with clinical and service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and execute the regional sales strategy, managing pipeline, tenders, pricing and contract negotiations to meet or exceed targets.
• Identify and develop new opportunities in public and private hospitals, expanding the customer base.
• Work with sales, service and clinical teams to ensure seamless delivery, training and post‑sales support.
• Build relationships with surgeons, procurement teams, hospital executives and key opinion leaders to foster long‑term partnerships.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing insights to shape commercial and product strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in medical device sales, preferably surgical robotics or capital equipment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (sales, clinical, service).
• Strong understanding of Near East healthcare systems and hospital procurement processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, though relevant industry experience is highly valued.
