Sales Manager (Mgr‑Sales I)

About the role

The Sales Manager (Mgr‑Sales I) is responsible for proactively generating and handling sales opportunities for our venue in Verdun, Beirut. The role ensures smooth hand‑over of business to the service teams and builds long‑term, value‑based relationships with customers to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers through sales calls, entertainment events, FAM trips, and trade shows.
• Coordinate with off‑property sales channels to avoid duplication and maximize coverage.
• Participate in sales calls, prepare proposals, draft contracts, and manage customer correspondence.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and economic factors to identify new business opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle to drive loyalty and increase account share.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field with at least 3 years sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year relevant experience.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and propose appropriate business solutions.
