Synergy Prosales Company International is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand its business across Lebanon. This is a hands‑on leadership mission that goes beyond a desk job, requiring you to be present in the field and directly engage with customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the sales strategy for the entire Lebanese market.
• Build, coach, and motivate a high‑performing sales team.
• Travel throughout Lebanon, covering all territories from Al‑Jiyeh to Greater Beirut.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and uphold merchandising standards.
• Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading sales teams and managing territories.
• Proven track record of delivering growth in competitive markets.
• Strong character: disciplined, humble, ethical, and hands‑on.
• Leadership style that leads by example, both in the office and on the road.
• Willingness to commit to a long‑term role and build something exceptional.
