Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the regional store’s performance by creating a customer‑centric environment, analysing sales data and driving actionable improvements. This role reports to the Regional Store Manager and is accountable for meeting sales, margin and growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong floor presence, drive sales performance and champion excellent customer service.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
• Develop and execute yearly action plans, set and track KPI’s, and ensure alignment with budgetary goals.
• Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment and POS transactions, including returns, discounts and refunds.
• Manage team scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and talent development.
• Analyse sales reports, P&L statements and provide recommendations to optimise profit.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain visual standards and address customer feedback promptly.

Required profile

• Proven ability to analyse sales figures and key performance metrics.
• Experience in leading retail teams and driving KPI‑based results.
• Strong organisational skills to manage inventory, schedules and store operations.
• Capability to develop and implement training programmes and conduct performance reviews.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of improving satisfaction.
