Sales Executive / Associate – Catering & Events

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, customer‑focused Sales Executive / Associate to drive new business and nurture client relationships in the catering and events sector. The role involves managing the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through to event execution, working closely with operations, culinary and service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate sales and repeat business.
• Handle inquiries and sales opportunities for weddings, corporate functions, social gatherings, private and large‑scale events.
• Identify and pursue new business through networking, referrals, market outreach and existing client contacts.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits and presentations to showcase catering services and event capabilities.
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations and event packages based on client requirements and budget.
• Coordinate with kitchen, operations, service and dispatch teams to ensure accurate execution of client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of client information, proposals, contracts and event details.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events and industry functions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, catering, hospitality, hotel, banquet or event management is preferred.
• Experience with weddings, large‑scale events or corporate functions is highly valued.
• Candidates with 3 + years of relevant sales or event experience may be considered for the Sales Executive level; less experience may be suitable for an Associate role.
