About the role
Massyve is seeking a Sales Director to lead its commercial efforts from the Beirut office. The role focuses on developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company’s digital solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across digital services.
- Manage and coach a team of sales representatives, monitoring performance metrics.
- Collaborate with product, design, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Represent Massyve’s portfolio of web, mobile, UI/UX, digital marketing and eCommerce solutions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, business development and account management.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset to spot market trends and opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; MBA a plus.
