Sales Director

About the role

TheArLab is looking for a senior Sales Director to lead its commercial expansion across the GCC and Lebanon. Based in Lebanon, you will own regional revenue targets, build high‑performing teams, and shape go‑to‑market strategies for custom creative‑technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach Business Development leads in UAE, KSA and Morocco through weekly one‑on‑ones, target setting and hiring as markets grow.
• Own the regional revenue forecast, report to the CEO, and enforce rate‑card, margin and discount discipline.
• Build and close a direct pipeline in Lebanon, managing relationships with local holding groups, independents and production partners.
• Deepen partnerships with agency leaders (OMD, Publicis, Havas, Impact BBDO) and platform partners (Snap, TikTok, Meta, Amazon Ads) and design regional sales calendars.
• Standardise pitch decks, case studies and pricing tools; track pipeline metrics and create a feedback loop between sales and delivery.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years in advertising, digital, creative production or media, with at least 3 years managing a sales or client‑leadership team.
• Proven experience selling into GCC markets and a strong network in the Lebanese agency scene.
• Track record of meeting team revenue targets, remote people management across markets, and consultative, concept‑led selling.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, comfortable in a founder‑led environment and based in Lebanon with regular travel to UAE, KSA and Morocco.
