Sales Development Representative – Outbound Prospecting

About the role

Servme is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to fuel top‑of‑the‑funnel growth for its hospitality‑focused guest experience platform. You will work from the Beirut office, collaborating closely with sales and marketing to identify, engage, and qualify prospects across restaurants, F&B groups, and hospitality brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting across assigned territories, using cold calling, emailing, social selling, and strategic outreach.
• Research and engage target accounts, building rapport with key decision‑makers and influencers.
• Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team and nurture leads until they are sales‑ready.
• Respond to inbound leads and conduct regular in‑person visits to prospective and existing clients throughout Lebanon.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and sales tools, and consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to refine messaging and outreach processes.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development.
• High energy, self‑motivated, and comfortable with outbound prospecting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with hospitality decision‑makers.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and activity targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools.
