Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are a sonic branding agency seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Development Representative to work remotely. The role focuses on strategic outbound prospecting, generating qualified leads and booking meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Conduct a high volume of cold calls and email outreach to potential clients.
• Set up meetings or demos between qualified prospects and account executives.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimise lead‑generation campaigns.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity, pipeline and meeting targets.
• Provide prospect feedback to improve messaging and sales processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• High energy, self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
• Experience with high‑volume cold calling and objection handling.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
