Sales Development Representative

About the role

Remly is looking for a full‑time, remote Sales Development Representative to drive top‑of‑funnel activity for its startup customers. You will be the first point of contact, generating qualified meetings that fuel the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify target accounts, building prospect lists.
• Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via email, phone, and social channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales engagement tools.
• Collaborate with founders and sales leaders to refine messaging and share market feedback.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of outbound campaigns.

Required profile

• Inside sales experience with comfort in outbound prospecting and high‑volume outreach.
• Lead generation and business development skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional European languages a plus.
• Experience working with startups, especially SaaS or technology environments, is beneficial.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools, with data‑driven work habits.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet activity and performance targets.
• Previous SDR, inside sales, or customer‑facing experience is advantageous, but high‑potential early‑career candidates are encouraged to apply.
