Sales Development Representative – AI Translation & Language Technology

About the role

division50 is seeking a part‑time Sales Development Representative to promote AI‑powered text and real‑time voice translation solutions for businesses operating in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You will research prospects, uncover language‑related challenges, and schedule qualified discovery meetings for the client’s sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Research companies in the UAE and Saudi Arabia with multilingual teams or international operations.
• Identify decision‑makers in customer service, operations, IT, localization and business leadership.
• Generate opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn and email outreach in English and Arabic.
• Explain the business value of AI translation, handle objections and qualify prospects.
• Book at least 10 qualified meetings per month and follow up to ensure attendance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide clear qualification notes.

Required profile

• Proven B2B outbound sales or SDR experience, preferably selling SaaS, translation technology or business communication tools.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Experience prospecting in the UAE or Saudi market.
• Strong cold‑calling, research, follow‑up and objection‑handling skills.
• Ability to connect product capabilities to practical business needs.
• Experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Availability for a part‑time schedule aligned with UAE and Saudi business hours.
