Patiohome is seeking a Sales & Customer Support Specialist to work on‑site in Naccache, Lebanon. The role blends sales activities, customer service, and day‑to‑day operational support, ideal for a highly organized and personable individual who enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across all communication channels, delivering friendly and effective support.
• Follow up on leads, close sales, and contribute to expanding the customer base.
• Handle daily operational tasks that keep the team running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, orders, and communications.
• Coordinate between sales, support, and operations to ensure seamless workflow.

Required profile

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable multitasking across sales, support, and administrative duties.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with a genuine interest in helping customers.
• Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
