Sales & Customer Service Representative

About the role

CIS College is looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Service Representative to work at its Hamra branch. The role focuses on promoting and selling training courses, guiding prospective students through enrollment, and providing ongoing support after registration.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell a variety of training courses to walk‑in, phone and online leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
• Provide detailed information on course schedules, pricing and prerequisites.
• Assist students throughout the registration process, verify documents and enter data accurately.
• Offer guidance on payment plans and answer post‑registration queries.
• Handle complaints professionally and maintain strong relationships to encourage referrals.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports and collaborate with marketing.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or education counseling (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in Arabic and English.
• Goal‑oriented, able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
